Registration Problems
If there are problems with you Serial Number, please check that both the User Name and Serial Number are entered correctly (sorry, but we have to say it!). The User Name must match the one supplied to you as it is unique to the Serial Number. The case should not matter and you can leave in or omit any "-" characters. Contact us via Online Support if you still have problems.
